Return Shipping Costs

In the event of a withdrawal complying with the conditions stated above, the return shipping costs remain at your expense.

In case of a defective product, a product damaged upon receipt, or an order preparation error, the return or replacement shipping costs are fully covered by Erotech Vibes.

Refund

After receipt and verification of the returned product, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The time it takes for the refund to appear on your account then depends on the processing times of your banking institution.
